For prospective clients, your initial contact is always free. We use this first contact to get to know you, determine your project needs, and lay the groundwork for a productive business relationship. Depending on your location and availability, we consult with you either at your workplace or over the phone.

After your initial consultation, we'll quickly deliver a project scope and cost estimate. We then meet with you either face-to-face or over a conference call to go over the proposal step-by-step. All work done through the first two phases is completely free for prospective clients.
