Experienced FileMaker Pro Developer/Consultant Specializing in Projects of all Types and Delivering Rapid, Concise, and Efficient Data Management Solutions since 1998

Mark Jeffords first began working with FileMaker Pro in 1998, as a member of FileMaker's Tech Support Team (www.filemaker.com). He was responsible for troubleshooting all types of issues related to the use of FileMaker Pro in a extremely fast-paced setting. By 1999, he was supervising that team. In 2000, Mark was hired as a Database Administrator at Nortel Networks ( www.nortel.com ), where he was responsible for maintaining and upgrading any and all existing FileMaker Pro databases in his particular division.

In 2001, realizing the enormous potential in freelance developing, Mark created “Mark's Professional FileMaker Services” (www.markjeffords.com), became a member of the FileMaker Business Alliance ( www.filemaker.com/fba ), and has been developing and consulting full-time ever since.

Through servicing a wide range of clients from many different industries and located all over the country, Mark has greatly increased his knowledge of FileMaker programming and has also gained experience in QuickBooks integration and PHP web programming including I-Phone format. However, knowledge and experience are only part of the package. Mark has a unique talent for discovering a client's “unknown needs” and very quickly developing a solution specifically tailored to those needs. He treats each new client as if they were his only, giving to each a level of attention not always common among freelance developers.
